Digital ignition for BMW Ural and Dnepr (Дніпро), replacement for the breaker point and weights advancer.

The pickup is mounted directly in the original distributor. The points and weights are not used any longer. This ignition is available in two different shaft sizes, 11 mm and 14 mm.

This version is the ZDG 3.12 ignition box which is the larger version with more features than the ZDG 3.10. Compared to the ZDG 3.10, the ZDG 3.12 features:

• nine ignition curves
• output for electronic tachometer
• rev limiter (two settings)

This ignition kit is for 12 V only. It it suppsed to be used with a dual-output ignition coil.

The ignition kit assumes a counter-clockwise rotating shaft (viewed from the front of the shaft, not the riding position).

Ignition coil compatibility

We recommend either this dual-output igniton coil: PVL 356 104 or the high performance coil Dyna-Mini-2.
